      Thanks Adrian. Seth Godin said that the most important piece of software on your computer is PowerPoint yet most people default to bullet points. It really is a nice simple way to tell a story.

    Michael, I also like the ppt slides, great way to convey the point. Nicely done and I too agree that “loyalty” is where it’s at. So simple, but it requires some old school belly to belly thinking, which is not on the minds of most people today.

      Your right Bill – Most CEO’s will agree as well yet they have no idea how to effectively measure it. They are also so focused on financial results that they forget about the customer.
